We are a small Sharjah-based studio with twenty years of compounding experience in building, ranking, and supporting websites for businesses across the UAE and around the world.
We started CrawlMaster for a simple reason.
Most of the sites we were asked to look at were not failing because of bad ideas. They were failing because of small, technical things nobody had time to chase. A page that loaded a beat too slow. A sitemap that quietly stopped updating. Schema that never made it past staging. Marketing teams under pressure to deliver growth, on top of platforms that were quietly working against them.
CrawlMaster exists to take that pile off the marketing team's desk. We do the technical optimization, the development, the hosting and the ongoing support, so the growth plan you have signed up to has something solid underneath it.
The senior team has been building, ranking, and rescuing websites since the mid-2000s, through every major shift in how the web is built and ranked. Mobile-first design, the death of Flash, schema, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript frameworks, headless commerce, and now AI-assisted search. We have shipped through all of it. That depth of experience is the main reason our clients stay with us in years rather than months.

Numbers, not adjectives
Every change we make has a metric attached to it. If we cannot measure it, we will tell you why we are doing it anyway and what the leading indicator should be.
Engineers first
Strategy without engineering is a slide deck. We made the deliberate choice to be a delivery team, not a sales team. The people who write your proposal also write your code.
Calm operations
Reliable processes beat heroic late nights. We invest in monitoring, documentation, and writing things down so the work compounds instead of disappearing into people's heads.
Plain words
You should never need a translator to understand what we did this week. Reports, audits, and incident notes are written for the person who has to forward them on, not for our own egos.

We started CrawlMaster in the UAE because the market here had a gap that surprised us. There was no shortage of generalist agencies and no shortage of cheap offshore developers. What was hard to find was a serious technical partner who lived in the same time zone, understood the regulatory and language realities of the region, and could sit in a room with your team when the work called for it.
Our UAE clients include e-commerce brands shipping nationally, real-estate platforms with thousands of listings, professional-services firms with strict compliance needs, and SaaS companies scaling regionally and then internationally. We work in English and coordinate in Arabic where it is useful, and we understand the practical realities of trade licences, free-zone entities, and cross-border payments and data.

Roughly half of our delivery is for clients outside the UAE. The engagements look different, the engineering standards do not.

About two-thirds of our revenue comes from retainers that started as a single project years ago. We optimise for relationships that pay off slowly, not for the largest possible scope on a single statement of work.
What that means in practice: the senior engineer who runs your audit will still be on your account in year three. Your roadmap gets reviewed quarterly with you, not handed to a new account manager every six months. And the documentation of what we have done is yours to keep on day one.
